FACILITIES
Each of our houses is well equipped. Cooking is by electric cooker except The Lodge, which is gas. The Garden House also has an oil fired AGA. All have refrigerator/freezer, microwave, washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc, and a television. The Loft and Garden House also have a tumble drier and dishwasher. High chairs and cots are available on request.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Due to the age and construction of our guest houses, it is not possible to make them more easily accessible for the disabled.

ACCESS STATEMENT
- Prices include all electricity, gas, oil and water - there are no hidden costs.
- Minimum let is normally 7 days from Friday or Saturday (except the Lodge)
- Depature is by 10.00am
- (If possible) arrivals after 3.00pm
- No smoking indoors please!
- Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at an extra charge (Four Paws Cattery is available next door)
- Telephones are not provided, but access can be given in an emergency
